Cook, retest, and troubleshoot recipes until the steps are foolproof for a home cook.

This is a hands-on role for a cook who loves getting the details right. You will work through the queue of recipes, flag anything that does not hold up, and help rewrite steps so they work the first time in a normal kitchen. Strong fundamentals and a sharp palate matter more than a long resume.
