Store products
You may return most store items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items should be unused or gently used and, where practical, returned in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us at info@chuckhandforgeorgia.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.
How refunds are issued
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping and refund the full amount.
Return window and exceptions
The return window is 30 days from delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including consumable pantry goods and items marked final sale. Gift cards and digital membership access are non-returnable. Items damaged through misuse are not eligible.
Membership refunds
Every membership starts with a 30-day free trial, so you can decide before paying anything. If you cancel during the trial, you are never charged. After the trial, you can cancel anytime from your account page to stop future billing; you keep access through the end of your current period. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days and we will review a refund in good faith.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
