Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or start a membership.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $9.99 per month and an annual plan at $99.99 per year, in USD. New memberships begin with a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid membership begins automatically and your payment method is charged.
Auto-renewal: memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. We will provide notice of any price change before it takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account page: open your account, find the membership section, and follow the cancel steps. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of your current paid period. Cancelling during the free trial ensures you are never charged.
Store purchases
Prices and availability of store products may change. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per order or per account. Store orders are covered by our Refund Policy, including a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by scraping content at scale, reselling or redistributing recipes or other content, attempting to breach security, or using the site to violate any law. Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
All content on the site -- including recipes, text, photography, logos, and design -- is owned by or licensed to CHUCK HANDYMAN SERVICE LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal use only. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The site is operated from Florida, USA.
Binding arbitration and class-action waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
