How many recipes are on the site?
There are 310 tested recipes across 15 cuisines, and we add new ones every week. About half are free to everyone; the rest are unlocked with a membership.
What is the difference between free and premium recipes?
Free recipes are fully available to anyone -- full ingredient list and every step. Premium recipes show a preview and unlock completely with an active membership. You can filter the library to see only free or only members recipes.
How does the free trial work?
Every membership starts with a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from your account and pay nothing.
How much does membership cost?
Membership is $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year in USD. The annual plan is the better value if you cook with us regularly.
How do I cancel my membership?
Open your account page and follow the cancel steps there. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access through the end of your current period. During the free trial, cancelling means you are never charged.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Store purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, and membership charges can be refunded under the terms in our Refund Policy. Reach out and we will make it right.
Is my payment information secure?
Card details are validated and processed over a secure connection. We do not store full card numbers. This demo environment does not charge real cards.
What does shipping cost for store orders?
Shipping is a flat $6.99, and it is free on orders over $75.00. You will see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
How long does store shipping take?
Most orders leave our facility within one to two business days. You will get an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.
Can I save my favourite recipes?
A member account lets you keep track of the recipes you cook most. Sign in, and your account becomes the home base for orders and membership too.
Do your recipes include nutrition information?
Where shown, nutrition values are approximate and provided for general guidance only. Cooking times also vary by equipment -- we recommend cooking to temperature and to taste.
How do you choose the photos?
Every photo is shot in-house using real, un-styled food and natural light. We never use a stock photo that does not match the actual dish.
